Shipping

We ship UK-wide. EU shipping launches in month two — sign up to the email list to hear when it's live.

UK Standard — £4.99, 2–7 working days. Free on orders over £40.
UK Express (where available) — £6.99, order by 2pm for next-working-day delivery.

A few products ship from EU warehouses — those carry their own delivery estimate on the product page (typically 5–10 working days). We don't surprise you at checkout; if a delivery time is going to be longer than the standard band, you'll see it before you pay.

Tracking: sent by email as soon as the supplier hands off to the courier. If you don't see it after 48 hours, check spam; if it's still not there, email us.

Returns

Window: 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition: unworn, with tags, in the original packaging where applicable. Anything that's been chewed, dragged through a puddle, or stretched on a dog the wrong size doesn't qualify — for the protection of the next customer.

How to return:

Email hello@underbunny.co.uk with your order number and what you'd like to return.
We'll reply with a returns label and address.
Pop the item in the post.
Refund hits the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving it.

Postage: we cover return postage on faulty or wrong items. For "doesn't fit" or "changed my mind" returns, you cover return postage (typically £3–£5 via Royal Mail second class).

Exchanges: easiest to refund the return and place a new order for the right size — that way you don't wait for us to get the item back before the new size ships.

Faulty items

If something arrives broken, damaged, or not as described: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement (free of charge, free return postage on the original) or full refund. Whatever's quickest.
